1. 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.

2. Return Eligibility

The items are eligible for return under the following conditions:

  • Products are unwashed, unworn and without damage caused by customers
  • Original tags and packaging are intact
  • Customized or personalized goods are not eligible for return unless defective
  • Sale / clearance items are non-refundable unless they arrive defective

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. You need to provide your order number, product information and photos of the item. We will send you return instructions once your return request is approved.

Do not send items back without prior authorization from our support team.

4. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is caused by our mistake: wrong item, damaged goods or product defects, we will cover the return shipping fee.

If you return items due to change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. It may take several business days for the fund to show in your account, depending on your payment provider.

6. Damaged & Defective Items

Please inspect your parcel immediately upon delivery. If the product arrives damaged or defective, take clear photos of the package and the goods, then contact us within 48 hours after delivery. We will arrange replacement or refund.

7. Exceptions

The following categories cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Personalized / custom-made products
  • Hygiene products for health protection reasons
  • Perishable goods

8. Changes to Return & Refund Policy

We reserve the right to update this Return & Refund Policy at any time. When revisions are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website after updates means you accept the revised policy.
